Part of the planned Leeky Language Lexicon.
In my time as a hobbyist language learner, I’ve collected a lot of different grammar charts and reference sheets, of varying different quality. Now that I’m at a point where I can start making my own, I wanted a place where I could share these with other learners. Welcome!
Below is my first project, two charts (designed to be printed on one A4 sheet) which hopefully give a ‘birds-eye’ view of the grammar patterns at play when conjugating the most common tenses in the Welsh language. It’s hard to find a chart that covers all possible variations and still manages to be concise - and that’s because the Welsh language is anything but! That’s just what happens with a language that is not just living and dynamic, but also personal, tenacious and a survivor through-and-through.
High-quality colour versions and printer-friendly black and white both available. Scroll through the gallery below or click the buttons underneath for the full-sized PNG versions.
